- Identify and resolve customer issues as assigned.
- Answer incoming phone calls from our customers.
- Maximize product value by providing customers with education and assistance regarding product features and services.
- Effectively upsell and promote additional products/services over the phone whenever applicable.
- Communicate with our customers using multiple tools (i.e. Phone, Chat, Email, etc.).
- Contact current customer base with marketing incentives.
- Record all interactions in the designated CRM tool.
- Follow designated policies and procedures.
This position is located in our Customer Service Center in Lehi, Utah
