Assistant Manager of Email Support
Provo, UT
One of our greatest strengths as a company is our customer service. We are constantly striving to provide world-class customer service; therefore, we expect our representatives to be friendly, positive, articulate, professional and creative. We are currently looking for a full time Assistant Manager of Email Support. This person will manage a team of 20+ email support representatives. He/she must be able to coach and develop the team to provide world class customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily activities of the email support team
- Resolve escalated customer issues
- Monitor email volume and assist as necessary
- Work closely to ensure all associates have proper training
- Handle all scheduling issues
- Work closely with the Director of Customer Care to identify process and policy changes that would positively impact profitability and quality of the department
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years customer service experience
- 1-3 years supervisory/management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
- Excellent MS Outlook, Excel and Word skills (must type 50 wpm)
